Quick calorie burning workout!

Some days we have more time than others. Yesterday I had limited time, so skipped my normal P90X plyometrics workout and did this instead, and it was no joke!! It got my heart racing and got me sweating.

Better doing something than nothing at all, right? 🙂

Tone up tight routine
